We're with another amazing guest, Denis Balitskiy. How are you, Dennis? Hey, Thomas. I'm amazing. How are you today? I'm doing well. Start with who you are. Introduce yourself and what your company does. I've been doing growth for about fourteen years. Done
3
0,00:37,000 --> 0,01:14,000
40 plus launches across seven industries. Two languages. I tried Spanish and English. I haven't done any launches or haven't helped any companies in Russian, but maybe it will happen at some point. And I'm known as the $2,000,000,000 guy because I helped multiple companies grow their total value log to up to $2,000,000,000, and it happened in multiple niches. Some of those are SaaS niches. Others are crypto, for example. The last company I've helped as a marketing strategist by the name of Leonardo. I reached 15,000,000 users from zero with my help. And today, I help entrepreneurs

0,01:14,000 --> 0,01:45,000
scale their business. I usually ask the question, why do people work with you? I think that's a solid answer. That's a pretty amazing 15,000,000 users is a lot of users. It's a lot. They're even growing after me. What's the name of your company too, if you could share that real quick? Today, I don't have a company name. I'm building my own company, and I'm also just helping other people. So I'm well known as as just as Dennis Belitsky. That's who I am. I like that. You're just going to Tony Robbins approach. In your own journey, what was the biggest tie you had to cut for you to find your success? That's a great question. When I just started fourteen years ago, I was all about tricks and hacks
5
0,01:45,000 --> 0,09:37,000
and kinda trying to see what are the biggest things I can do to help any business grow or improve. And today, it's different because when you grow, you start understanding that it's not only about the hacks and the tricks, but the principles. You start tying things together. But the biggest breakthrough wasn't about that. The biggest breakthrough was all about mindset. And, unfortunately, I was one of those people who didn't work on the mindset from the very beginning. It was later down the road that I actually looked for help from multiple mentors to help me have this winner mindset and help me improve all the things that were tying me to the past. And everybody have issues. Yes. Sometimes it's about the little tricks and hacks, but overall, it's the systems. And even before you get to the systems, work on your mindset. That was the biggest breakthrough for me. Do you remember the moment, though? Like, the moment, I call it, when you, you're like, oh, I gotta do this. I was. I can proudly say that I failed for more than a decade doing what I do. I have so many examples of when I completely screwed up things. Even though I was kinda successful, even had multiple launches, I wasn't complete. And at some point, this self destructive doubt started in my mind, and it was a shock of my life. And this is the dark side of business. Everybody will post the next thing they have achieved. Like, I can say, hey. I generated a $1,400,000,000 launch. Right? Or I gamified the Discord server number four in the world with 1,800,000 users. I did that. I gamified. I did that. Or I helped this company grow to 50,000,000 users from scratch, from zero before MVP. But at the end of the day, this is like the biggest pictures that you post on social media behind that. There's a gazillion things happening. There's the self doubt. There's the I'm not worth it. There is the first post and you don't get any likes. There is the first attempt of cold call and the guy on the other side side says, look, you should change whatever you do because you suck at it. And there's so many other examples in in my life, in my career for ten years, more than a decade, where I was at the end, I was feeling absolutely miserable. You know? And the turning point for me was I was, like, at a very, very low in my career because I spent every single day I read to this various day. So I have my own things that I do every single day. One of them was walking. The other thing is reading every single day. So I would study for more than ten years marketing and growth, and nothing was working. I had some projects that went well, others that didn't. But at some point, I was I was telling myself, you know, I I I was completely miserable. And at that point, I, you know, I met a mentor, and he said one very key thing to me. He said, you do whatever you can do with the tools you have today. You do the best you can do with the tools you have today. And if you don't have the right tools, you're not gonna be able to apply, and you're not gonna be able to change your mindset. And he gave me a million exercises. He took me to places that were completely uncomfortable. And today, I can proudly say that the biggest lesson he gave me was firing me. So at some point, I improved, and I think I started getting comfortable because suddenly, I'm working with this guy for, you know, six, seven, eight sessions. I improve my mindset. Suddenly, companies start coming to me and say start telling me how valuable I am. I start generating millions of dollars for these companies, and he keeps giving me more and more exercise, which I'm not comfortable with. And he said, look. You if you stagnate, this is not gonna work. And he did the best thing that he could that a coach can do to you. He fired me. He said, no more. You're alone now. And this was my last drop. This is when I realized I wrote him, like, one year after I said, look. Thank you for firing me. Thank you for doing this huge favor. The the best thing you could do for me. That's great. The moment being you get fired. You're like, alright. Great. Give me the advice to the listener. What's the lesson for them here? My number one lesson to everybody listening here, never doubt yourself. All these other people that you're surrounding with, they don't care about you. That's the biggest thing I can tell you. All things you see in social media, all of your personal heroes, we all have them. Yes. You will compare to them. Don't compare yourself because their story is different. You're building your own story. Focus on what's working today and then when what you wanna fix today. It's not about where you wanna be in ten years' time. That's great. Right? But what's gonna bring a change to your life today is actually taking the steps to fix the things that are broken today. No dreaming up about what's gonna be happening in ten, fifteen, or thirty years. Right? So go step by step. So that's mindset. And when it comes to growth and marketing, I know we have very little time, but just learn systems, learn copywriting, learn human psychology. I will say that there's two big things you need to have in mind when it comes to understanding marketing and how to sell. Number one, deep dive into this deep human understanding of the human psychology. I always say go to customers and ask them where does it hurt. What is happening in their life that hurts? So that's step number one. I'll give you a very quick example. So I was in the health niche, and I was, like I was talking to my customers, and I was trying to understand where does it hurt. I knew that I was successful when I had a call with, so my market was ladies, about 30 years old who got some some some weight, and they're and, you know, and I was trying to understand them. And, usually, when you go to the market, you'll think to yourself, well, I want to have to have more energy. I want to look better in front of the mirror. I want to be more sexy and so on and so on. That's what I thought. And I thought I knew my market. You know when I learned about my market? When I got on those calls with these ladies and I took them to a point where they're crying, they were telling me secrets, they would never share anywhere layout. So for example, I heard this phrase of a lady saying, you don't understand what being fat is. Nobody will wait for you at the doors of your school and you'll never get your first kiss. The second part of the equation is learn how to create superior and irresistible offers. I'm saying these two words on purpose. You can learn offers that there's a million ways to learn offers, but learn how to be better than the competition and bring superior terms to the equation. It's not only about how much money you're gonna be, asking for the offer, and it's not about how many results you're gonna bring to the table how fast and simple the implementation is for the customer. Learn those things, put them together, understand your customer's needs, understand how to put the irresistible offers together, learn some copywriter, you will be invincible. And, you know, I always talk about, you know, learn the desperate problem you solve. For you, it's not weight loss. That's the the perceived benefit they get. It's the, I want my first kiss. That's the desperate problem. Who gives you inspiration? It just made me rapid fire. I used to be one of those guys who would dream about big mentors. The big names. I'm not gonna name any names because there's always a name in your personal industry. I always used to look up for those people. But in reality, what made a change in my life was, first of all, finding the people that ex inspired me in my own life. So I'm gonna give you an example. I do kickboxing and full contact, and one of the inspirations I have in my life is actually my kickboxing teacher. He's 57, full contact champion here in Argentina, the first champion. He had dozens of fights. And if he's 57, he can go 12 to 14 rounds and beat 15 to 20 black belts in those rounds. That's what inspires me. So look for people that you can nurture yourself in real life and not only in social media. And one thing more, and this is something I forgot to mention about the customers, understanding the customers. You will know that you know your customer when you understand the tiers that they are so ashamed to show
6
0,09:37,000 --> 0,09:51,000
even to themselves. I love that. That's really good. In your journey, like, what do you think would be the the single biggest or best business advice you've ever been given? Get shit done. Many times, we overcomplicate things. Right? All of the successful
7
0,09:51,000 --> 0,10:56,000
guys that I've been, you know, blessed to be in contact with, they are not afraid of trying. Just do it. The way you do it is very simple. Number one, think about your target audience. Who do you want to serve? Number two, go to that audience and ask them questions. Ask open questions. Listen to the audience. Next, create whatever solution you can come up with and do it in a very simple way. That's called MVP, minimum viable product. Think about the solution you the solution you want to to solve. And the biggest things, get somebody to track your progress with time stamp with the timeline. So you need to find a partner or a mentor and go to that mentor and say do a report to that person. Don't do it alone. You will be extremely successful that way. Agreed. What about a book? What's, like, the one book that you, like, were like, man, that everyone has to read this book. I've read hundreds of books. Some of them clicked right away and gave me tools. But strange enough, the books that made the biggest shift in my life were principles. I can name you Think and Grow Rich, for example. You read that book and you're like, this is general advice. Right? But then you reread it and reread it and reread it again,
8
0,10:56,000 --> 0,11:06,000
and it has so many gold nuggets inside. That's a great example for you. I like it. That's great. If there was one question I should ask you today, but I didn't, what would that question have been? I would say,
9
0,11:06,000 --> 0,11:57,000
how do you fail consistently and keep going? And the answer would be, it's not about failure. Every time you fail, you actually find a way of growth. Every time you're feeling pain, that's something that's not working, is because you found a way to reinvent yourself. So fail often. I don't see failure as something bad, but it took me ten years to understand that. So it was a big process for me. That is a really good one, and I think you nailed it. It's also you have to learn how to, in a mindset, look at the word failure as it's a teaching, and you can either learn from and repeat it. Absolutely. Who should get ahold of you, and how should they do that? Look for me on LinkedIn. It's a long last name. It's Denis, d e n I s, and my last name is Balitskiy, b a l i t s k I y. Connect with me. I'm always
10
0,11:57,000 --> 0,12:02,000
looking to help. I love it. Thank you. Dennis, thank you so much for coming on today. I appreciate it. It's been amazing. Thank you.
